Tonius Frank’s mission is to educate and empower renters, future homeowners, and current homeowners on the power of real estate and the benefits of homeownership. With 24 years of experience in mortgage banking and finance, Tonius has consistently ranked in the top 10% of finance managers and mortgage originators throughout his career. He is passionate about helping clients purchase homes, leverage home equity, acquire new properties, pay off high-interest debt, and build long-term wealth through real estate investments. Tonius currently serves as an Executive Partner and Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with The Mortgage Disrupters, where he has access to a wide range of mortgage products to better serve his clients. Before joining The Mortgage Disrupters, he was a Branch Manager with LendSmart Mortgage and the top-producing mortgage originator for his Cedar Hill, Texas branch in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Prior to that, he spent 14 years as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with Premier Nationwide Lending, consistently ranking as a top producer, and also served as a Retail Bank Branch Loan Officer with Chase Bank, where he ranked #10 in the nation in unit production during his two-year tenure. Known as “The Mortgage Wizard,” Tonius has earned a reputation for delivering results, maintaining an impressive 98.5% closing ratio over the past 18 years, and personally supporting clients through the home-buying process by attending most of his closings.
